&Peabody knows that big dreams come from small places.

Our beautiful distillery is nestled between the Liverpool and Warlands Ranges, which are much more peaceful than either of their namesakes.

We use two Pot Stills and a Carter Head to infuse our unique flavours and aromatic, locally foraged botanicals into little bottles of pure magic. And we lovingly stare at our multitudes of copper pipes, glass bottles and the rolling hills behind us until it's just ready right.

We are located in a small town in the Upper Hunter region of NSW, surrounded by the stunning Liverpool and Warlands Ranges.

Positioned within Australia's finest horse breeding country, our artistic, eclectic and heritage village is home to workers, farmers and creatives alike, living and working together in a close-knit and resilient community.
